At our practice, we are committed to providing high-quality services and exceptional client care. Please review the following policy carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Permanent Makeup Services

Permanent makeup procedures are elective cosmetic tattoo services that require significant preparation, professional expertise, and customized treatment. Due to the nature of these services, all permanent makeup services are final and non-refundable once the procedure has begun or has been completed.

Individual healing results vary based on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, and the body’s natural healing process. Because these factors are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee specific healed results.

If additional pigment retention or adjustments are desired after the initial healing period, a touch-up appointment may be recommended. Touch-up appointments are considered separate services and may incur additional fees unless otherwise specified in your treatment package.

Dissatisfaction with Results

We strive for client satisfaction and encourage open communication throughout the consultation and treatment process. If you have concerns regarding your healed results, please contact us so we can evaluate your concerns and discuss appropriate options. Refunds will not be provided based on personal preference, healed appearance, or changes in aesthetic preferences after treatment.

Deposits

Appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your appointment time and compensate for preparation and scheduling. Deposits may be applied toward your scheduled service in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required notice period may result in the forfeiture of the appointment deposit or additional cancellation fees as outlined in our scheduling policy.

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before scheduling future appointments.

Retail Products

For health and sanitation reasons, all sales of opened skincare, cosmetic, and aftercare products are final.

Unopened, unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, at management’s discretion, when accompanied by the original receipt.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Allergic Reactions & Medical Considerations

Clients are responsible for accurately completing all medical history and consent forms prior to treatment. While adverse reactions are uncommon, refunds will not be issued due to allergic reactions, sensitivities, unexpected healing responses, or medical conditions that may affect the outcome of the procedure.

Acknowledgment

By scheduling and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Return Policy. You understand that cosmetic tattoo procedures involve inherent variability in healing and results, and that all completed services are non-refundable.
